Refund policy

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

We have a no return, refund or exchange policy for change of mind due to the nature of the products we provide at ASIYA Wellness.

Damaged and/or Faulty items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately within 3 business days via email admin@asiyawellness.com.au if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue. If we require you to send the product back to us, we will send you a return sticker for you to be able to post the product back to us. We will inspect your return and advise if the refund is approved or not within 5 business days upon receiving the defective product. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method and advised of this via email. Please remember it can take some time for your refund to be cleared due to credit card or bank processing so allow up to 5 business days after receiving a refund confirmation. 

We do not issue refunds for change of mind or sale/clearance items.
